The design emphasizes the stone mass as a primary architectural element, giving the building a strong visual presence and a distinctive identity. Panoramic glass façades are used to increase natural light and enhance visual connectivity between the interior and exterior spaces.

The outdoor spaces were designed as a natural extension of the interior, seamlessly integrating the swimming pool, terraces, and outdoor seating areas with the architectural mass, enhancing the luxurious modern living experience.
