The Integrated Residential Unit
This project represents a comprehensive model of contemporary residential design through the execution of a duplex unit, combining the ground and first floors into a unified architectural composition that achieves both visual and functional connectivity between the home’s various spaces.<br>The design is based on the concept of spatial fluidity between levels, with a carefully planned functional distribution: the ground floor accommodates the social and living areas, while the first floor provides complete privacy for personal spaces and bedrooms.
The project is centered around a calm, nature-inspired color palette, featuring shades of beige and cream complemented by warm wooden accents, creating a sense of comfort, spaciousness, and visual serenity within the space.<br>Natural materials such as marble, wood, and high-quality textiles were thoughtfully incorporated to enhance a sense of practical luxury—balancing aesthetic elegance with long-term durability.
